What we collect

When you sign in: your email address or phone number. Sign-in is handled by our provider, Privy, which creates and secures a test wallet for you. We don't see or store your password — there isn't one.

When you use the app: the display name you choose (this one is public — it appears next to your circles), your test wallet address, the circles you create or join, and the invitation drafts you set up. We store these with Google Firebase.

On the test network: contributions, payouts, and balances happen on a public blockchain test network (Base Sepolia). That activity is public by design — anyone can see it. That transparency is part of what we're testing.

Automatically: basic technical logs (like browser type and pages visited) through our hosting providers, plus our own diagnostic records — which steps you completed in the app, and any error messages your browser reported. These are stored with Google Firebase and used only to keep the app running and fix problems during the test. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we use it for

To sign you in, run your circles, show names instead of long wallet codes, fix bugs, and improve the preview. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything unrelated to running and improving the preview.

Who helps us process it

Three service providers handle data on our behalf: Privy (sign-in and test wallets), Google Firebase (app data), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes your information only to provide their service. Public blockchain data lives on the Base Sepolia test network, which nobody controls or can edit — including us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email anthony@cenkali.org and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California resident, these requests are your right under California law (CCPA), and we honor them for everyone regardless. One honest limit: we cannot delete records from the public test network — no one can — but we can delete your name, email or phone, and app data on our side.

A note on “Do Not Track”: like most sites, we don't currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because we don't track you across other sites in the first place.

How long we keep it

For the life of the testnet preview. When the preview ends or resets, we delete tester account data within a reasonable period, except records we need to keep for legal reasons.

Age

The preview is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll post the update here with a new date.
